Judy Goes to Uganda

 Many folks will ask us, when they first hear of our work, just why are we working in Uganda, and not here in the USA, or somewhere, anywhere else? No reason in particular, really, except that this was the one place in the world that was open for us to adopt our three youngest children. 

The process was not easy and was very prolonged, necessitating Judy's staying in Uganda for several months beyond our original plans, until the courts, and USCIS, granted us legal custody of the newest members of our family. 

While waiting on the court's decision, Judy, ( who is seldom, if ever, idle! ) met several of the women and children in the local villages and made several new friends in the area all in and around the orphanage there. 

One thing led to another and more doors opened up for us to help these amazing people.
